We're moving out of our short term apartment in Jeongja-dong on July 1st. Its a fully furnished, 21 pyeong unit in the Daerim Acrotel building about 5 minutes walk from Jeongja station. Here are all the furnishings:

Bed
Couch
Dining table w/ 2 chairs
Rice cooker
Microwave
TV
Washing machine
A/C

The rent is steep (1,350,000 month to month, 1,150,000 6 month contract + 300,000 agency fee) since no key money is used. The location is good - across the street you can catch several different buses that go all over the city. I know its very short notice, but if you have any questions or would like to see some pictures, please email me at [email protected]. Thanks.
