Ha, ha! One of my old army buddies has a record-I'll let him know in case he wants to give Korea a shot! Seriously though, I think in the past the odd ex-con, mental patient, etc., got on the program. As for just plain drunks, well....

-A completed application form (including two passport sized photos)
-Personal Essay
-Medical Form(Self Evaluation) and an official Medical Report
-Two Recommendation Letters
-Diploma and Transcript copies
-A Passport copy
-Criminal Record
