You know the body scrub on a table with the rough gloves that feels like you're being skinned alive but leaves your skin as smooth as the day you were born? What's it called in Korean? All I googled was "akasuri" but that's Japanese, not Korean.

You mean a loofah? I've seen it in Konglish (루파), but translate.google.com says it's 수세미외. Take your pick. They're not hard to find in Emart.

Nope, not looking for a loofah but what the body scrub service you can get at a jjimjilbang is called in Korean.

I call it an adjumma scrub, but I had to be brave about it at a spa in Yongin where no English was spoken. I pointed to the lowest price on the "menu" that was posted on the wall and it worked out fine. I never tried any of the more expensive treatments.
