Actually the area is Yeonje-gu, but close to Mangmi. My mistake.

If you are not far up a hill then it's a pretty convenient place to live, not to far from the popular beaches, the various nightlife districts.

Check out this.

Right on the subway line.

Pretty residential.

Could be up on a hill which makes for a healthy walk each day.

Its not far from the interesting areas.

Thanks. It looks like it is kind of bottlenecked between the hills, so I am hoping the school and apartment are down in the valley and not up on top of the hill. They said 15 minutes to Mangmi station. but I am just going to assume it takes 25 minutes to walk their to be on the safe side.

That is wise. Always add 10 minutes to how long people tell you things will take.

They might actually know the correct time though.

Everything is bottlenecked between the hills here. I agree with the suggestion of Mangmi though. Nice area. Jeonpo-dong is also not too bad.

I figured an approximate location using some photos from the apartment. I believe it is somewhere inside the red square. 10 minute walk? I doubt it. Even a 20 minute walk wouldn't be bad. Unfortunately looks like there might be a slight incline.

bbud...Korea is an incline... Laughing

All jokes aside this is a decent location in Busan. Mangmi subway station is 10 minutes from Somyeon, 10-15 minutes from Haeundae, 5 minutes from Centum city (big Homeplus there).

Mangmi-Suyeong has a lot of nice open air markets too.

If you want more details pm me, I know that area like the back of my hand.
