I work at a public school and have just been told tht for the next month I have a 1 student class in the afternoons. This student has just won a local English competition and will soon compete at the next level. I am supposed to help her prepare for the competition, specifically for the "interview" portion. Unfortunately, neither my manager nor my coworkers know much about what kinds of questions will be asked. I'd like to actually help this kid get ready, but I'm not really sure how to do it.
Anyone know how these "interviews" are set up or have any good resources for prepring for them? Thanks in advance. |

I don't know about English "competitions", but these are interview questions typically asked at interviews for foreign language high schools:

Thanks for the sharing the information. I'm working with a grade 2 student to get her ready for applying to an International High School. |
