Comfortable, clean apartment available in Seoul. I'm only giving it up because my contract is ending and I'm moving back home.

- Building is a mini size officetel.
- Furnished: comes with a new desk, new desk chair, clean bathroom, bed, a new, large armoire, a television, a small stove/kitchen, a shoe closet, a medium sized fridge, and sliding glass/wooden doors separate bedroom from rest.
- Also comes with Internet access and TV cables.
- Ondol heated floors
- Washing machine and water cooler in the hallway.
- Rooftop access.
- 5th floor, excellent elevator.
- Parking spaces available for building tenants.
- BEAUTIFUL view of Bukhansan mountains. Lots of sunlight.
- 5 min from Yonsei Univ main gate, Yeonheedong neighborhood, and Sinchon. Close to several supermarkets. Excellent pizza place around the corner (5,000 won a pie), as well a french cafe with delicious sandwiches. A quick cab ride away from Hongdae for nights on the town (3,000 won).
- Close to three bus stops. Midway between Sinchon and Hongik Univ metro stops.
- Despite proximity to Yonsei Univ/Hongdae, I never heard a peep at night. In the morning sometimes birds chirp in my window
- Easy commute to Ilsan (35 min ride).
- Rent: 750,000 won per month. Utilities bill usually around 30,000 per month.
- Key money: 5,000,000 won, unless working for Chungdahm Institute (in which case, no key money necessary).
- Kind, smiley landladies with a little traditional Hanbok shop on the ground floor. Safe to have packages delivered to them; they hold on to them for you.
