Any opinions on the current value of an online MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of South Queensland?
I'm looking for a cheap but decent MA I can start ASAP.

| As far as I know it's got a pretty good rep. I know someone doing a Grad. Certificate with them and has good things to say in regards to quality of learning and overall course structure and organization. |

| I did it there about 10 years ago. I found it very good. More difficult than either of my "on campus" degrees (BA and JD). I don't know about now, but back then it was 8 courses plus either a thesis (for people interested in research/PhD work) or a semester long "observed" student teaching/practicum (for those interested in teaching only). It took 2 1/2 years to complete. The best thing was I could continue to work while studying (and apply what I was doing in class to the course work and vice-versa) |
