I'd like to hear about the funnest and wildest places to watch the soccer games.
The more hedonism the better... I've been hearing about City Hall and Samseong.
Preferably a place where the average age is above 20, I mean, not many children.
How easy is it to get to the stores once u r at City Hall. |

| Yeah, I'd like to know this too. I'm having a birthday get together on Saturday and some people have said they'd like to watch the game early on, so weather permitting, a park would be nice. I heard Han River park near Banpo has a huge screen but it's a bit far away from anything to do after (hongdae, sinchon, itaewon, etc...) |

City Hall is where everyone goes. You will have a large age gap there but it seems to be that most of them are college students, or the ones they interview on TV at least.
As for shops, I am going to guess and say you would like alcoholic beverages. There are tons of shops in that area and vendors set up along the main street. Not sure if you want to go there acting like a fool though seeing as there are police and news cameras everywhere.
The stadiums look like fun too from the news footage. |

first of all, I don't have a TV, don't want one.
Second, I don't like soccer, nor do I really care if Korea wins.
I want the feeling of watching with many people having a good time and enjoying the atmosphere...
and why not enjoy all the Korean girls with red shirts showing off their slim tummies.
I get it u r not a social person |

Yeah, the cops are going to bust someone for "acting like a fool". You can't tell the difference between a drunk guy and a guy really excited for soccer. Everyone is absolutely nuts, and the cops are just there to make their presence felt, and make sure the streets are clear for traffic. Plus they're the 20-something year old rent-a-cops doing their 2 years and are pissed they can't join in.
Go, have fun, get drunk, get rowdy, find a nice girl wearing nothing but a Korean flag to take home. |

if it's near the bus terminal at the river park in Banpo, you'd only be 5-7 minutes from Itaewon by taxi. it's a straight shot over the Banpo bridge. |

Is the closest stop Express Bus Terminal? Just know that park extends all the way to Apgujeong.
Speaking places to watch the game, I've heard of the following places
-Coex
-City hall & Gwanghwamun
-Banpo
-World Cup Stadium
-Ttukseom Resort
Where else would have a great outdoor atmosphere for watching the games? |

| Don't mean to rain on everyone's parade (no pun intended), but heavy showers are expected Saturday and Sunday so make sure you have an indoor venue picked just in case the rain becomes too much to bear. |
