Has anyone come across this problem with skype before.
I recently set up my voicemail for my online number and it takes approximately 30 rings for my calls to be forwarded to my vm. I have a MAC Computer for reference.
When I decline the call my vm automatically picks up. I checked my preferences and my voicemail is enabled to send unanswered calls to my vm.
I would have my vm pick up only after about 4-5 rings without me having to decline the call as I am not always at my computer. By the time my vm picks up the person calling me has already hung up without leaving a vm.
Does anyone know/have advice on how to fix this problem?
I sent an e-mail to skype but have not heard back yet and thought I would post my problem here as I know a lot of you use skype. |
