WTB Crackdown 2, but region free and when?

I messaged the guy I buy games from in Yongsan but got no answer. Play asia sometimes is wrong so I am wondering (and hoping) that the Asian version will work on my U.S. Xbox 360. It's supposed to come out July 1st but in Korea I'm not sure when. I got one link on gmarket but the price was 81 000 won! Anyway if anyone knows when it comes out and if it's region free please let me know.

Finally the guy at Yongsan messaged back and said it is NOT region free and therefore will NOT work on a U.S. xbox. I hope he's wrong but I guess I'll order from play-asia.

A friend of mine will get his sister to buy in in the U.S. and have it shipped over. Still a pain and I can't believe it's region locked when games like Alan Wake and Red Dead Redemption play fine, go figure.

Not sure if anyone cares but I joined the Ruffian game forum (they're the guys who developed the game) and a developer said as far as he knows the game IS region free. I might take the gamble and go ahead and pick up the asian version and see as it would be worth it.

My Yongsan vendor texted me today and confirmed that the game IS region free AND in English! A big relief and I canceled my order on play-asia!
