well, even if it's really hard work..it's important you give at least
30 days to your employer..check your contract..any half-decent contract should at least say this.
how far have you worked there so far...ideally my advice is stick it out for 6 months then stop (eg resign letter at 5 months). the main reason i say
this is regards to airfare issues etc..see what the contract says.
