When are we suppose to get the exit allowance (return airfare) of 1.3 million won?

My school says I won't get it until sometime at the end of Sept, which is when I will also get my severance pay. I know if you renew you get the 2 million airfare allowance at the start of the new contract but shouldn't I get the 1.3 million on my last paycheck...

where is this in writing so I can point it out and prove it to them?

Just give them all your banking information and contact information from your home country. You'll get it all eventually, slowly and steadily. When I finished a GEPIK contract, it took a month to get my pension, a month or two to get airfare, and 3 months to get my housing refunded. You will get it all...it just takes time. Good thing you're finishing a public school contract, and not a hogwon...then you would have to worry about all these money issues.
