Anyone have experience with this? I downloaded the app a few weeks ago.
I just tried to get it set up today, but the two girls working on it had no clue. Initially they needed to know my data plan because they were worried about charges. Then they rang up SK on my phone. I don't really know what came of that.
Then they asked what type of phone it was. It's an HTC Desire. "Only Samsung Galaxy S" even though they have the same OS and there is a Motorola and a iPhone on the marketing literature.  Maybe they are right. It seems unlikely though. |

They were just using that excuse to cover their asses for being incompetent. I let them off the hook because they tried their best for over 20 minutes.
I have the literature, so I will get my GF to help me through the steps. I'm pretty sure you need the bank for at least part of the procedure, though.  |
