How long before you have qualified elgibility status for returning after an
E-2 visa overstay? Is it 1 year?
or never.?oh hopefully the second one...  |

Depends on the circumstances, could be as little as 24 hours or (if they actually had to deport you) as long as 5 years.
BAD news however is that because of your overstay you WILL be required to have a consular interview in your HOME COUNTRY every time you get a new visa.
