ok guys, I know over the years you have all been wondering where to get your whey, where to get all you supps etc..
people have been getting them shipped in from the states!
or what ever site and paying through the nose for shipping,
well thats what I was doing for the last couple years..
BUT now.. I have been ordering from this site...
it has pretty much every supp from back home, and they are all original American products etc...
top of the screen use the drop box and all the items are in english..
you will need a korean to help you order from the site..
you can browse it no problem most items are in English...
prices are same as bodybuilding.com the super store in the US..
but with shipping you save BIG here locally..
its like 10.000 won for delivery here..
anyway here is the site...
http://www.mass119.com/
HAVE A GOOD ONE!!

| Does this site compete with namdaemun in regards to prices? I'm a bit leery as I can go to namdaemun by myself for NO2 and Creatine. |

Why wouldn't I take creatine? LOL??? It's the number one selling supplement, has nothing but good reputation, and frankly it works. I am not in the gym to lose a spare tire, I am there to gain the most muscle that I can, so that I can lift heavy weights. Creatine does that. It gives the needed energy to keep going, and the needed psychological boost to get it done.
My big issue though lies in the "lol". Why in the devil would you "lol" me for using creatine on a bodybuilding supplement thread? What do you use? I'm guessing you'll reply with proien powder or "just food". |

Ok, I had a look at the site, and DAMN! Them is good prices. I especially liked 22lbs of bioplex whey for 115K. Considering that namdemun is 40 for 4, that is a saving of over 100K on higher quality goods.
Questions:
Do you need to be korean to order? I can read it fine, but do I need that Korean ID number that so many require?
Is everything non-expired? Nothing worse than expired goods
HAve you used thwem and threfore know that they come through? |

I like to use protein poweder as a supplement, but I like real food too.
Well if you creatine for the psychological edge and the water retention well you definitely hit the mark. BTW do you cycle your creatine? Or do you just take it straight up for years at a time. |

plenty of reseach showing that creatine doesn't need to be cycled. When I train hard I will do a load for like a week abou 15grams a day then the for the next couple months I will only use 3grams.. I need the water retention.
I find glutamine has better results as a suppliment.
Beef I believe is the best source of creatine as far as solid food are concerned.. God I love GOGI. |

We should note that creatine retains water within the muscle. So, as not to allow people to think that creatine makes you fat. My supplement regime:
Wake Up: Take 1 multivitamin and a (half)NO2 supplement
Go to the gym
Return- Take the other half of the No2 supplement, get some food with protien
Work- Mid way, eat nutritious food
Before bed- take another multivitamin and 10 mg creatine 6 mg glutamine 6 mg taurine.
All day- LOTS of water- around 4-6 litres.
I workout 4 days a week with heavy weights, doing 4-5 sets of 6 reps. Frequently, I like to do strip sets as well as the occasional insanity set to really make that No2 work.
I will note, that again I am not trying to be a model. And while I am by no means fat, my goal is in muscle size and strength. Mikekim, your response? |

Demonicat, just out of curiousity, why do you do 4-5 sets of 6 reps, rather than say, 3 sets of 12-15 reps? Which would you recommend for putting on muscle mass quickly?
Thanks in advance,
