Expressing thanks for all the international help given to SK during the last 60 years to help it prosper, especially from the US. Nice to be appreciated... almost sounds like he is rallying the troops though.

Korea is just saying thank you to the 22 countries who fought with them during the war as it is the 60th anniversary
