I don't know about in Seoul, but here in Daegu every E-Mart sells them. They are sold with the bread. Not the E-mart bakery, but the pre-packaged bread. 4 For about 1,400 won. They are pretty good as well.

The Paris Baguette and Tous Les Jour sell them, usually sold out by evening time. Emart stuff may be a little more processed, hence maybe a little more unhealthy. A few a week shouldn't do too much damage though.
They all need to be grilled or toasted to be more pleasing on the tongue.
My favourite is sliced and toasted with a fried egg and cheese in between: Meal of champions!

E-mart and Lotte Mart have them.

I knew something was missing from my kitchen this week when I put regular bread(!) in my toaster today. Back to E-mart I'll go. Please don't be sold out!

I've never seen them at PB or TLJ. Sad
PB does have a nice omega bread, as well as a white bread with fiber, though. I'd love an english muffin, though.

They don't exactly look like English muffins. But close enough.

What I want to know is do the Koreans know how to prepare them?

Sort of like a fluffier crumpet that you tear in half with a fork so that there are nooks and crannies to fill with lovely jam and butter, or marmite and cheese if you prefer.
