I am working at a university and have to choose 3 pleasure reading books for my students of different levels:

Reading 300-limited vocabulary, reading, and speaking level
Reading 400-decent vocabulary, good reading comprehension ability, good speaking ability
University Prep 1-under fluent level but very advanced

Could someone recommend some interesting books for these three levels that are both appropriate and stimulating for both men and women?

Students are 18-25 years old.
