Apologies in advance if this has already been asked but I haven't been able to find any conclusive answers using the search tool and I figure this board is a better first approach than the schools... Does anyone know whether it is possible to do a MA part-time at a Korean university? It would be in the Politics/International Relations/Korean Studies family of humanities.

You missed the cut off for this year, but you have enough time to prepare for next year.

I had fully intended to apply for that scholarship but due to the grey area that is my citizenship I'm pretty sure I'm ineligible. I do have citizenship from a country that isn't Korea and have received my entire education overseas but I don't meet the other criteria pertaining to citizenship that is as long as it is boring. Hence my current predicament, wherein I want to do a MA at either Seoul Nat or Korea University but running into problems financing it = part-time as an option?

Onie, both those schools are hungry for qualified international candidates. I think you would do a lot better calling the schools directly and finding someone with decent English in the admissions department to find out the answers to your questions. Shouldn't be too hard.
