I'm selling a 125cc '07 Daelim Roadwin in excellent condition. The bike only has 5,840 kilometers on it. Tires are in good shape. It has a clean history with no accidents and regular maintenance. Official registration papers are included along with a disc lock. I'm asking 1,300,000 krw. Please note that this bike is in Daegu and I'm not interested in driving it or shipping it to Seoul.

Still riding this, still in great shape. Swing by if you're in the Daegu area to take a look! |

I'll bump this. A 3 year old Daelim for 1.3m? That's great! I bought a 5 yr old Daelim for 1.2m and mine runs great! |

I rode a 125cc Daelim Magma for 10 years and it was an incredibly reliable bike. I only sold it in favor of a Honda Shadow that became available.
If you keep them maintained, they'll ride well for years and years. The key is faithful oil changes (and filters!)
Duty cycle for oil change is rather short - only 500 kms, but oil changes aren't costly, so it's wise to do it; sort of like paying an insurance premium in advance of greater need. Filters should be changed about every other oil change.
It's also imperative to have a reliable, trustworthy mechanic near home (within pushing distance). I found mine by sheer luck. He could have ripped me off numerous times, but he proved to be a lifesaver several times over. I still use him to service my Honda. I'd sooner stop riding than give him up.
Anyway, happy motoring! |

Very true, a good mechanic is invaluable. I'm lucky to have one who I've been using for all the repairs and maintenance on my Daelim and my new bike as well.
Actually Johnny, I'm selling the Daelim for the same reason! I bought a Honda CB Superfour not too long ago. Initially I wanted to hold onto the Daelim for commuting purposes (as it's great on gas) but it just doesn't make sense to keep two bikes at the moment. So, I'm looking for someone who can make better use of the Roadwin. |
