I've used Kangsan Travel in the past and had good experiences- a few years ago, though. I was living in Seoul then (Jeonju now) and just did everything by e-mail and they mailed me the tickets. But now I can't find e-mail contact info for either Jinny or Lottie, both people who helped me before. I just sent an e-mail to the main e-mail address, and haven't heard anything back, and need to hurry this up since I want to travel at the end of July.

Does anyone have e-mail addresses for Lottie or Jinny (or someone else who personally helped them)?
