Hello, we are looking for a roomate!
Our house is near Noksapyeong Station(Line 6), in the middle of Haebangchon (near Indigo restaurant)
There are 3 rooms in our house and one will be available real soon.
So, we are looking for someone nice who can also move in soon.
If anybody is interested, please read the details below.

Montly rent - 350000Won
Deposit - One month rent (can be negotiable)
Location - good area, close to market, bars, but also quiet at night. nice neighbors too~
Room furnishings - Queen size bed, desk, nice chair, big dresser, and clothes rack. Room is clean.
House furnishings - whirlpool laundry machine and dryer(really nice), refrigerator, microwave oven, mini oven, iron, stove, sofa, tea table....etc
We do have nice little porch where you can get some sun, too.
We are all smokers (just in case) and females are prefered. However, I dont mind a male roommate either.
