KB* Bank is (one of) the authorized agent for Western Union in Korea.
You can go to the foreign exchange desk in any KB* bank and get western union services.

| Go to this site and fill in the appropriate blanks. You can request a list of up to 50 agents. The list can be text only or map and text. |

I'm sure you have your reasons, but just in case you didn't know - Western Union has probably the worst transfer rates around. I really wouldn't use it in Korea. Even if you don't have a bank account, you can transfer money abroad with your passport at any normal bank. I've done it a few time without a bank account. It only takes 1 to 3 business days to arrive at the destination account.
I think that WU is mainly used for emergencies to transfer something really fast (i.e. within an hour), or by illegal migrant workers to send money home to their families. |

IBK (bank) is the official agent for Western Union in Korea.
Don't need an account there - if you want to collect/send money - they do it all.
I collected USD $7,500 via Western Union via IBK and they happily gave me 10,000,000won cash. |
