I just got an offer from these guys.

Initial offer includes:
2.1 million won
30 to 35k overtime
10 weeks of vacation
20 hours a week

This seems pretty fair for a pseudo-university gig on the Seoul subway line, no?

Is there anything negative out there about this unigwon?

No housing allowance?

If housing is provided or they are willing to throw in 400k or so for an allowance then I'd be all over that offer. Even though some people claim they get 20 weeks vacation, I really don't think that is going to last much longer. 10 weeks is damn fine. I'd take it.
