All of these games are legit and are in the best condition you can expect from previously-owned games.

I got the prices for these games by checking Amazon for the lowest price available at an equivalent condition, and then did a straight $1 = W1000 conversion, rounding up where I felt it was appropriate. What this means is that every game listed should be an amazing deal compared to what you could get in Korea (or back stateside for that matter).

I can ship or meet for a face-to-face transaction (I live near Cheolsan on line 7).

GBA:
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance - W5,000 no box or manual
Golden Sun - W10,000 no box or manual

Nintendo DS:
Ninja Town - W10,000 box and manual included
Bleach: Dark Souls - W15,000 box and manual included
Phantasy Star 0 - W25,000 box and manual included
Age of Empires: Mythologies - W10,000 box and manual included
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings - W10,000 no box or manual
Nanostray 2 - W10,000 no box or manual
Pokemon Diamond - W15,000 no box or manual

Update: added another game, adjusted some prices down, and updated information on box and manuals.

Thank you very much for the offer, but I feel that the prices for these are already very fair. I would consider shaving off some won if you were interested in more than just two, though.

The unfortunate downside to used DS games when met with the ethics of piracy in Korea is that trying to get more than a few K for a game is almost never going to happen... Especially when for 35k at Yongsan (or 10 bucks online) one can buy a setup to download all the games they'd ever want or need...

Good luck with your sale though OP... Hopefully there's someone out there that still likes the feel of original boxes and whatnot

I will only buy original games when I am living in a country where they are available, such as Korea....when we lived in Vietnam we had no choice but to buy pirated games as that was literally all that was available.

It will be interesting to see what the industry does in the coming years to try and combat piracy....they don't seem to be doing much, but then again for every smart dude trying to figure out a new way to stop piracy there are 100 smart dudes ready to hack whatever system he's come up with.

Personally I think that what they ought to do is decriminalize it...make illegal downloading just something that you get a fine for, but such a small fine that you can't fight it....if your ISP catches you downloading illegally it's a $10 fine per file. The current system in place requires going to court and getting warrants for hard drives and makes it so that it's only worthwhile going after the big dogs, but even a $5 fine per illegal download would make a huge difference if they worked out a reasonable way to track it.

Anyhow, it's not my problem to deal with. We generally don't download much, we will pay to go see it if it is here, or pay to rent it, and only download when something really isn't available here.

Yes, it is quite unfortunate that morality can be ignored by saving a few thousand won. However, this thread and these offers are obviously meant for DS owners who feel that downloading games is equivalent to theft and that theft is a moral wrong.

With that in mind, the prices I've set should be at or below those found stateside and well below those found anywhere in Korea. And even at that, I'm open to reasonable haggling.

Also, these are all very fun games. If you have a DS and are thinking of checking out some new and/or lesser known titles, look these up on www.gamespot.com. I'm fairly sure they're all rated well above average there.

If you came to the Dave's Korea forum looking for morals your cause is already lost friend... Wink
On a long enough time line the piracy ethics of the average ESL teacher in Korea always drops to zero...

egrog1717, please take that discussion elsewhere. If you want to pirate games, fine, but I'm trying to sell legitimate games in this thread. The bumps are nice and helpful, but the content of your posts are not.

For all this righteous moralizing, the game makers get the same net gain from the person who buys secondhand from you versus the person who downloads it for free.

If you like games and game companies enough to pay for them, you need to buy new!

edit--
but I looked at the list and just wasn't buying because I don't see any interesting games.

KevinLS, your opinions on piracy are also not appropriate for this thread. If you really want to discuss it, please take it to General or Off-Topic. Half of the games I've listed here were bought new, and the money I get from selling these will go to buy more new games.

And I'm sorry you don't see any interesting games, but that list is comprised of RPG, turn-based strategy RPG, tower defense, fighting, turn-based strategy war, real-time strategy war, and flying shoot-em-up games. That leaves, what, sports, racing, and puzzle as the only genres not represented? Not a single one of these is a bad game; I'm only off-loading them because my carrying case won't hold any more.

chill out dude. I'm not trying to be an ass, though maybe I am being, but this is a forum, if you don't want comments there are many places to sell where you wouldn't have to deal with them. It is 'appropriate' when you've pitched your sale around the moral superiority that these are legitimate games.

And I'm not saying these games aren't good -- I already have the Platinum version -- but I personally don't feel moved to them.

by the way, maybe you'll tell me I'm being inappropriate to make another comment, too, but I was looking at your list hoping to find something I wanted. And if I had, I would have to ask you a follow-up question before I could buy: Which country/region are these games? (If I understand correctly, my American DSi would only play American games)
