My friend visiting here wants to have a cell phone to use when he visits here each summer. What is a good deal? He approached SK Telecom and they quoted him the following 2-year contract:
In-country status: W10,000 monthly fee when in the country
Out-of-country status: W3000 monthly fee when not in the country.
When he wants to leave the country, he'd notify the office and change his status. When he's out of the country, he can't use his cell phone. When he returns, he'd notify them and reactiviate it. He's wondering if there are any hidden fees
