Are you talking about the one in Opo-eup of Gwangju (gyeonggi?).
IF yes, then it is a little bit out of the way.
Either you will live in a rural area or you will commute from an apartment in Bundang (20-30 minutes by bus). There is no major shopping nearby (you have to go to Bundang) but lots of Korean shops.
It is NOT an international school but a hakwon using the name of one.
They are fairly new so I can't tell you much more.

There's a CIS in Incheon, "Certified International School". Sure it's not that one? Let me guess, are you from Canada? |

A couple of Wonderland schools rebranded as Canadian International schools 3-4 years ago. These were in the Seoul area , One in -Dobong-SangGye north area and the head office in Seocho Gu
Be careful they are just a hagwon pretending to be 'International' and they always tried to get 'real' teachers with education degrees as they say they have 'special programs' when they dont . |

haha, sorry I have to tell you that names MEAN nothing for you. Once a Hogwon, always untrustworthy and isn't worth it.
Here in Seoul anything with Maple/Canada or Canadian internatiional BS written on it should be taken with serious skepticism. Maple bear is NOT worth working for, and quite a few Canadian international blah blah BS story
institutions are scammers. I would do serious research before applying anywhere. |

It's simple to see if a school is an International school or not.
If all the teachers have a teaching certification it is highly likely that the school is recognized as an international school.
If they hire anyone, its 99% sure that they are a hagwon. |

Korean students are not allowed to attend any 'real' International schools in Korea unless they have spent 3 or 4 yrs being educated overseas and are 'returnees' to Korea
Therefore if the students in the school are all Korean with no foreign nationalities it is obvious you do not have true International school.
International schools also must teach all curriculum areas, where as English hagwons are not allowed to ( some are now trying to bring in subject area teaching via English lessons though) |

+1
The teachers from that school that I talk to up here in Dobong hate it for the most part.
And wonderland = to be avoided at all costs |
