Is it possible to use a a LCD screen from a PC as a TV that receives cable? I found a beautiful LCD screen that someone threw out in an apartment complex in Seoul.

Would someone at Yongsan Electonics market know how to set something like this up?

Yeah you can. But you need a cable box.
