I am going to a baseball game at Jamsil stadium soon. I went to one a few years ago in Daejeon and Koreans had huge coolers with food and alcohol. Is this still going on?
Basically, can I bring a bag of my own beer into Jamsil stadium or will they confiscate it like they would do in Canada/USA? |

I'm pretty sure you can bring things in. Outside the stadium there are always guys selling chicken and the like, and there is no problem bringing it in with you. You can also buy beer and soju outside, so I'd assume you can bring that in as well. However, there is not much of a markup on the beer sold inside. Tall cans of Max are 3000 won. I forget how much draft beer was. |

Unless something has changed since last season, cans of beer, soda, ect...are ok. No bottles. |

glass bottles?
I want to bring in a few bottles of my homebrew, which is vastly better than korean shit lager. It is in 1.5L brown plastic bottles - think this will get through? |

put it in a backpack and they wont search it.
If you try and walk in with it in hand, they will take it. |

500ml can of max 2500Won in Busan
went to my first game last night, I was chuffed to walk in carrying 2X 1600ML beers (with friends) a stack of chicken, and then be able to even more cheaply inside. Just no glass I was told.
my Korean friend had a 600Ml plastic water bottle filled with soju, apparently not allowed but its 'ok' |
