Hey,

I have a really clean, freshly painted, 1BR apartment in central Seoul. It is about a 5 minute walk from Haengdang Station. Its also close to Singeumho Station.

Only 1 stop from Wangsimni Station! Very close to Itaewon.

There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment that gives you access to the 01, 02, and 03 bus. Which will take you to stations that will give you access to Line 1,2,3,5 and 6.

It is easy to get around (save money on taxis) and best of all, NO large key money! ( I do require 1 months deposit in case you don't pay the Gas/Electric bill, damages, etc..) You will get your deposit back when you move out.

Apartment comes furnished with:
- great Air conditioner

- Lamp
- TV w/ media stand that has drawers
- Fridge (with freezer)
- Washroom
- Large Wardrobe
- Gas Stove w/ Oven

The apart is only available short term. It is available asap, but I would prefer if you can move in on July 21st and stay until the end of Sept.
