Is there any way to get health/whole foods in Korea? Specifically things like: flax seeds, steel cut oats, wheat bran, wheat germ, etc.?

I live in the absolute middle of nowhere, so if anyone has any advice about Daejeon specifically, that'd be great, as it's the closest city to me (about an hour by bus). If Seoul, however, is the only option, I could make one giant trip there and load up.

Alternatively, and preferably, any sites online that ship within Korea? Something like ehomebakery, but with a larger selection (ehomebakery has whole wheat flour, and non-wheat flours, but none of the specifics things I listed above).

I know it's probably a pipe dream, but it's been almost 4 months since I got here and I miss my foods!

Many of these things can be bought at SDA vegetarian restaurants. (They usually have a little shop or a few shelves near the register.)

I heard Huckleberry Farms (NZ health food chain store) has 70% organic foods and probably have lots of those basics. There's one in Seoul for sure.
