I just arrived in Seoul and found out I already have vacation the week of July 26. Since it is such short notice I am wondering what are some inexpensive places to travel.

Is it better to stay in Korea? Where are some good places to see besides Jeju Island?

Can I still find cheap places to visit in Asia outside of Korea?

Are there any good websites that has tour groups/itineraries that travel outside of Korea (I already know about Adventure Korea)?

Fly into Osaka, Japan and go to the cities Kyoto and Nara. (less than one hour by train)

Flights to Osaka are generally cheaper than Tokyo.

FLy into Guilin and visit Yangshuo, China. (Number 2 on this list)

It was the most amazing trip I've been on. Gorgeous scenery, friendly people, biking the countryside, River rafting, and beer.

If you go, stay here: http://www.monkeyjane.pyksy.com/ Amazing rooftop patio & views!
