Hi,
I've been doing a bit (a lot actually) of healthy food preparation lately. But one thing that I'm really craving is winter quash. Like butternut squash, acorn squash, and such.
I have noticed very little winter squash at E-Mart or Lotte Mart. Does anyone know where to find a decent selection of winter squash?
Thanks.
PS. Just in case anyone is wondering, zuchini is not winter squash. It is summer squash. I like and eat it all the time, but I'm really craving some good winter squash. |

ah your local farmers market? If you are buying all your produce at Emart and the like you are getting ripped off. |

OK. From the lack of useful response to this post, I must assume that no one here has a strong interest in winter squash or no one knows where to find any significant selection of it in Korea or both.
But, of course, I could be wrong. |
