Hey
I'm trying to whip up a cool series of EFL lesson plans for middle school campers for next winter.
I've done up all my summer camp lessons
-a cooking component,
-a journal,
-debating class component,
-a storybook and workbooks,
-making a comic
-a to-scale model, videotaped solar system hike 테양계 등산.
I enjoy making these camp language themes and I want to do another science component but one that can go for indoors (rather than another hike) and I'm thinking something from the human genome could be fantastic.
However, I hate re-inventing the wheel, so at the moment I'm looking at an activity book that is bundled with a model kit. It is advertised for ages 8 and up but that's obviously for native English speakers.

Could this work for a middle school camp? I think even doing just 2 activities and having two pre-classes to acquaint ourselves with the needed English to get around the activities would probably be enough.
Constructive criticism and suggestions welcome.
Anyone know anyone who's done this already and had some success with it? |
