I taught in Korea about a year and a half ago. I didn't like the job (Kindergarden), so I just left without warning. "Pulling a runner," I believe it's referred to.

I liked Korea and am planning on returning to teach grade-school level.
I have all my documents and am starting to apply for some positions.

Question: Is there any reason to believe I'll be unable to get another E-2 visa since I bailed on my last job?

Anybody have personal experience with this or know someone who has?

By the way, I'm not mentioning my Kindergarden debacle in Korea (for obvious reasons) to the positions I'm applying to now.

Thanks for any advice.

Shouldn't be a problem. I've heard of co-workers who have done runners. It wasn't a problem for them to find employment afterward.

Good luck!
