| Does the criminal record cheak have an expiration date? I will be applying for jobs at the start of next year, and I have a couple from an immi classic debacle when I was re-signing back in March of this year. Will immi accept them in March next year? |

Yeah bump. I would like to know if it's 3 or 6 months as well. I'm hearing conflicting reports from here and from recruiters.
I have my state check from May and I've been looking for work for awhile now. If it's valid for only 3 months I might as well go ahead and get started on my FBI check tomorrow and just wait until next year to start looking again. |
