Help...I spilled water on my laptop...I'm new to Korea and it's literally my lifeline at this point . If it can't be repaired, I will need to buy an inexpensive netbook to replace it, until I'm able to afford another laptop.
Has anyone purchased a netbook here? I don't know if I have time to get all savvy and do the Yongsan thing...just need an inexpensive emergency device (in the 300,000/400,000 range)... |

What is your question, exactly?
You can probably get a no namer off Gmarket for that price. Homeplus had the old MSI Winds for 300,000 last year. I'm sure they probably have something in your price range.
Go to the store and look. |

Go to Yongsan Electronics Center or what ever its called. Take the subway to Yongsan station then ask the help desk for directions to the center. That's your best bet for getting a computer that will have an English operating system in Korea. |

If you need something more immediate, there are some decent LG netbooks in Emart right now for around 400'000, pretty comparable to Gmarket prices. |
