Anybody going to Chungbuk via EPIK in August?

I'm quite disappointed as I was originally going to Daejon but due to much kerfuffle with infuriating documents I got moved down the list and am now on my way to Chungbuk.

Reading some of the posts here I get the impression Chungbuk is deadly rural and is not viewed as a good place to go. Please someone tell me they are going there too!
