I was discussing with a friend. A teacher is sasangnim and a teacher with a Masters degree is known as Kyusu and a teacher with a PhD is known Parksah.
He claimed that that Kyusu and Parksah are not based on degree but based on the level of the school. So if you teach a university you are a Parksah but if you teach at tech or two year college that you would be considered a kyusu.

Does anyone know the correct answer?

Masters - 석사 (seoksa)
PhD - 박사 (baksa)
professor - 교수 (gyosu)

If your professor has PhD then you'd refer to the professor as 'baksa', otherwise it's 'gyosu'.
