Hi! I have a studio apartment in Jongno 3-Ga available for sublet beginning August 1rst and ending September 30th. Rent would be 400,000 won for one month, or 700,000 won for both months, including utilities. There is no key money required.
It's located 5 minutes from Jongno 3-Ga subway station and is about a 5 minute walk from Insadong. You can walk to Jonggak and Jongno 2-Ga in about 10 minutes and you can get to the bus stop in 5 minutes. Jongno is also extremely close to Dongdaemun, City Hall, Myeongdong, and Hyehwa.
The apartment is a studio with a small kitchen and bathroom. It's on the 9th floor with a fantastic view and lots of light. There's air conditioning, and pets and smoking are both allowed (I don't smoke in there now, but if you want to you can). There is wireless internet available, but no cable. There's a wardrobe and 2 mini-fridges in there already: if you want I can leave it furnished for you also.
I'm moving to a new place at the end of July, so I'm looking for someone to take over for me ASAP; I just need someone to finish out my lease. If you want to take over the lease at the end of September, that's also an option: key money is 10 million won and rent is 500,000 a month plus utilities.

| That is a definite possibility- I'll let you know next week if I'm still looking for someone. I will still be in Korea, I'm just moving to Hongdae so if you stay there and need anything it won't be a problem. |
