I don't really trust this. Sounds like a government (desperate to acquire more land for development) has found a way to justify taking private property and handing the proceeds to a mysterious group of people which it alone decides upon. |

This list is made by a bunch of pro-NK, anti-capitalist professors. I believe former dictator Park Jung-Hee is on the list. He went to military college in Japan, thus a collaborator even though all high-ranking officers, and scholars, of his generation went to Japan to study. This issue comes up anytime a left-leaning government is in power. When KDJ and Roh were in power this became a small issue. Now that 2MB is the president it's a non-issue until the next pro-Sunshine government comes into power. |
