I have this sitting around in the US, I'll pick it up for anyone that wants it on my next trip. You can burn and play anything on it. It also includes the memory expansion pack.
The mod chip is rare and expensive, but I just don't have the time to get to all the games I want to play on it. It's sat in storage most of the time.
The saturn is a v2, the one with the round power button.
