| Okay...I have a korean cell phone, and Im trying to dial a local number here in town. All the numbers for the businesses here tend to be 585-xxxx. I've dialed a number in town but it does not seem to work. Is there something I have to dial first? |

If you are in Seoul you dial 02 first if you are calling a landline. |
