Perfectly situated, only 2 min walk from exit 2, beside the italian restaurant Noxa. It is under 5 min walk to itaewon, and is surrounded by lots of great western style restaurants.
The apartment was newly renovated by the landlord only 4 months ago. He installed new floors, cupboards, tiles, kitchen, washing machine, aircon and gas range. All of which are brand new and top quality. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub. And a big balcony, i currently have the washing machine and treadmill on the balcony. In addition to this, i fully furnished the apartment and the following items are available; queen size bed, chest of drawers, dresser/mirror. 42" tv, 3 piece leather sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, microwave. If you wish to buy in bulk we can arrange a very good deal for these items. However if you dont wish to buy these items it wont affect the sale of the apartment.
The landlord speaks english and is very nice.
