Having gotten out on the beach at Mudfest last weekend I have become once again enarmored with the love of chilling at the beach.

However, being from New Zealand I am used to a bit more space.

Does anyone have any reccomendations of beaches that are on the west coast of Korea, within 2-3 hours of Seoul...

I know that theres always gonna be other people there, but I'm looking for one that is a little bit off the beaten track

Cheers in Advance

Take a boat to Dokjeokdo. Or stay on the mainland and go to Taean Haean National Park, it's a big park with lots of ocean.

I have heard that you can bring your motorcycle out to some of these islands via a ferry from Incheon. Is Dokjeokdo one of these island?

Thanks

I know you can bring a car on certain ferries, and I assume those will also accept bikes. However, the islands are not that big. I don't think it would be feasible to bring a bike to a W. coast island. With a car, you can fill it full of camping equipment, ice, steaks, import beer, and women.
