I'm looking for a roommate starting at the end of August/beginning of September. Rent will be 10K Key money, 1K rent EACH person. Location will be in the Kangnam area, in a high-rise apartment complex. Obviously for that price, everything will be nice and modern, which means no fake wooden floors that peel when it gets hot or smelly hallways.
Possible locations include I-Park in Yeoksam, Magellan near Samsung station, and Hillstate near Chungdam station.
I have all the furniture for the house (couch, tv, sound system). Just bring your own bed.
