Is it standard policy for recruiters to contact your present school without asking you for permission first? |

Standard policy, no. Standard action, yes - especially if you request that they DONT do it. |

It depends on what the recruiters are contacting the school for. Maybe he's finishing his contract or soon to be finished and the recruiters are just calling to see if they need a new teacher. If that school is their client it's only natural. |
