My roommate is moving out soon and need to replace him. It is just the two of us and we have a great place. See for yourself in the pics.
CONDITIONS:
- Available date to move in: July 25th. Am looking for a minimum commitment of 6 months to a year.
- 2.5 million won key money
- 400,000won rent per month plus 1/2 utilities.
3 floor Villa with lots of natural sunlight, just up the street from Kobawoo/Orange Tree.
The kind landlord lives on the floor below and is very chilled out.
INTERIOR:
3 bedroom apt, with a nice balcony and huge rooftop with private access only. Fully furnished.Big kitchen, 4 burner stove/oven, water cooler, 2 fridges, airconditioning, sofa, cable TV & sound system, large, western style bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine, almost everything you need in a place to stay.
EXTERIOR:
Nice balcony with lots of plants and a couch to relax on. A huge rooftop with lots of plants as well. Also have a gate to get into the place so it adds to privacy and safety.
LOCATION:
The area we live in is clean and quiet. It is 10 min walk to Noksapyeong station, 5 min to the busstop, 2 min walk to convenience stores,
Looking for non smokers who are clean, easy going and pay rent on time.

I am in a few days. Can't speak for anyone else but I saw this ad while I was still looking for a place and I thought "2.5 million key money??? no way."
The main reason I was looking for a shared place was to avoid paying key money. Why so much? |

I have lived in my place for 2 years now and the key money is 5 million, but split between two roommates it's only 2.5 million. So yeah, it's pretty damn cheap considering so many places around here now demand 10 million. Give me a call if you're interested.
