I cannot read Korean so I cannot find the email address for Samsung off their website. Can someone find it for me. I wish to contact them with a query I have regarding a DVD player.

So you want to email samsung regarding a dvd player?

Thats like emailing coke regarding a softdrink or Mcdonalds regarding a hamburger. You would be better off asking your question here.

but if you really want the info here is the us site contact info

If there is something wrong with the DVD player, take it to one of their numerous repair centres - they'll almost certainly do it for free.

Thanks for the link, but useless. Already email the US and the UK and since this DVD model is not sold outside Korea they cannot help.

I bought an SV-D298 dvd player and the instruction book is in Korean. I can play DVDs and CDs pretty straight forward. However there is a USB port on this DVD player and I am particularly keen to find out how it works.

I need the instruction book in English but I doubt Samsung ever made one.

You might try asking this question in the Technology Forum.

I'm trying to region unlock mine and I'm not having much luck. Reviving old thread for that reason.
