Hi folks,
Could you please confirm for me: is an employer legally obligated to provide Korean National Medical Insurance if I'm on a C4 Visa?
Thanks! |

I could be mistaken but to the best of my knowledge they are not obligated to enroll anyone who is employed for less than 90 days since you can't get an ARC if your stay is less than 90 days and only "registered" foreigners can enroll in the NHIC.
